The Grade 12 students of Biangan Integrated School (BIS) are uncertain as to their career development. The purpose of this study is to redefine work immersion of Grade 12 students of BIS towards career development pursuance to higher education, career and employment by determining the significant difference between their level of interest in pursuing higher education, business and employment before and after the duration of their Work Immersion program.
This study used a descriptive method of research to delineate the level of interest of Grade 12 students in pursuing higher education, business and employment. The respondents of this research were the Grade 12 students BIS of School Year 2022-2023. A stratified random sampling was utilized in conducting this action research. Moreover, a questionnaire on the level of interest consisting of 15 items was developed by the researchers. The same questionnaire was used before and after the respondents’ Work Immersion. The overall score obtained by each participant was interpreted using the scale below:

1.76 – 2.39 Might Pursue
1.00 – 1.75 Will Not Pursue
Before the needed data were collected, the researchers asked the School Head of BIS through sending a Letter of Permission to conduct study and gather data in their school. Through a short conference, the researchers explained the need and the implications on why this study must be conducted. The researchers also secured a letter of permission to the respondents.
