The onset of COVID-19 pandemic may not have stopped schools in implementing school programs and projects, but it did change the way schools conduct these activities. With the ongoing threats of COVID-19, schools must ensure that the conduct of activities are effective and safeguards the health and safety of all stakeholders. The study sought to determine the effectiveness of Project IPEMA (Initiative for Program Evaluation Management Approach) in improving the quality of services rendered by the school amid the pandemic. The innovation follows six (6) key processes involved in the implementation of the activities: first step, initiative step, pre-evaluation step, performance step, evaluation step, and management step. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the sample size. Data were collected using survey questionnaire and Focus Groups (FGs). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Data gathered from Focus Groups were analyzed using the six-phase guide of Braun and Clarke (2006). After the plementation of the innovation, data revealed that the quality of the services rendered by the school was excellent with an overall-mean of 4.34. Project IPEMA systematically implements school activities sets clear expectations, provides immediate feedback, and manages and reduces conflict thereby improving the quality of service. Hence, the continuation of implementation is recommended and its roll-out in other schools in the district.
